Soy Concha Bakery - Santa Ana

I really like this place but a lot of the times that I go the bread is not fresh and it’s actually hard . I went in today and it seemed this bread was from a couple days ago ?

We enjoyed the Best Rosca de Reyes this year from this vegan bakery. The guava filling was a real game changer.

A attention not vegan vegan vegan, this disc has found the next level. I grew up that chelo’s have moved around the country and found some other panderias that are the same caliber or better. victoria bakery is the best pant I ever had in every panderia. $2 a brot is worth the price for vegan brot. portions are a good size. I had a few conchas, orejas, puerco and ojo de way. they were all soft, moist and tasty. the strip-mask is not impressive, but I would rather that they stay at the current place than a chic business before the brot double or triple in the price. congratulate on the baker, amazing performance.
