The cost was approximately $18 per person, including tax. We visited on a Tuesday when there were only a few customers. Despite the low crowd, the food was quite fresh. There were around 30 dishes to choose from, including seafood, sushi rolls, various cakes, and ice cream. All the dishes were enjoyable for the price we paid. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Santa Buffet Grill:
The food was bland and we didn’t have realSilverware. There are a lot of food you can choose from but it has little flavor. I went to grab dessert, and there was no utensils to grab them and I saw a person grabbing stuff with her bare hand. Also, the ice cream, you have to use the scooper and it’s not already packed, idk if there is someone who has put their hand in there, I just think it’s unsanitary. View all feedback.
Excellent selection and very good food. definitiw has this typical Chinese buffet flair, but that's why we decided to return. found this place 3 years ago and so happy they are still there. great choice after a long day on the beach, safe.

Never come again worst buffet experience bad food and very rude employees. Get my advise don't go and don't wast your money. Don't believe the pictures they posted online there is nothing similar to be consistent with the pictures. I was give a negative star but unfortunately there's no option on yelp.
Currently sitting here looking for other places to eat... we were really hoping the other reviews weren't true but it's actually much worse. I feel bad writing this review but it was not a good experience at all. The food was cold and like it had been sitting out all day. It was just overall dry and bland.
On Saturday, July 16th, I went to dinner with a friend at this location. We paid for the buffet option and enjoyed the food for the most part. Once we finished dinner, we both decided to grab some cookies for dessert (which was included in the price). I was full and couldn't eat my dessert, so I placed my cookies in a napkin and less than 60 seconds a waiter runs over and abruptly interrupts me and my friend, to say that she saw me on the camera putting my dessert in to my purse. From that point on, I asked her why did she interrupt me and not excuse herself. She continued to angrily state that she saw me put my something in my purse and that I can not take anything with me. I explained to her that I could not eat the dessert at the moment and wanted to take it home. She then responds to say, I would have to pay for another meal in order to take the dessert home. This seemed to be unreasonable and not right. Plus, she did not politely approach me and my friend to explain the policy. She showed no respect or acted in a professional manner and was very aggressive. My night was totaled ruined and the experience was not worth the money that I spent at this establishment. All I ask is that the manager train their employees for scenario's as this one. To be kind and show better customer service to paying customers. Teaching them to scare customers this way is not the best approach. They need to do better. I am a 60+ year old women and felt like I was going to be arrested for taking something that I paid for. I could not eat anymore, and I wanted to take my dessert home. The waiter could have offered me a container for my dessert and explained the policy in another way. This was a terrible experience and I will probably not return to the establishment.
