We had a big group, 14 or 15. We sat pretty fast for this size group. Our server was great! I didn't get his name. He got all our orders right, checked us and collected the other servers to sing happy birthday for my friend. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Norms Restaurants:
I've been to Norms in Santa Ana over a dozen times in the past, but my most recent visit was quite disappointing. Perhaps it's due to lingering post-COVID staffing issues, but there were nearly as many people waiting as there were inside the restaurant, which wasn’t even half full. The food and service were excellent, and the checkout process was very quick. I highly recommend this restaurant!
We will come here often, when we come to L.A or Orange County, because we know what to expect. The prices are slowly creeping up, but when they have 'specials ' they are special. Last Tuesday there was a 'reward members only ' deal. 2 pieces of French Toast, free, when you buy a beverage. (Which you would probably want anyway. For $4 more, we added 2 eggs each to our plate, and called it breakfast. ...It was not advertised, anywhere else. So get the app, and be part of the next treat!
Roasted Turkey special, not really enough Turkey, only vegetable was some squash and sweet potato thing, not tasty at all. But it is what it is.
Adjacent parking lot, wait time was under 10min even during a busy morning brunch hour. Food was delicious, quick turnaround on our order, service was great! $40 for 2 people, prior to tip. Not bad. Classic diner!
I enjoyed every minute of my breakfast although strawberry syrup was missing
