Loaded Cafe Restaurants Santa Ana First Street

I am giving this restaurant 2 stars because of the poor customer service. Today was my first time dining at this place with a friend, and we were disappointed by the lack of attention to our orders. I ordered a clam chowder soup, horchata water, and a chicken breast with pistachios and broccoli. My friend ordered carne asada fries, a Nutella shake, and a sandwich. However, the waitress returned to inform us that they were out of ice and could not make the shake my friend wanted. Then, she told me they were out of clam chowder soup and offered no suitable alternatives. Frustrated, we decided to cancel our order when she informed my friend they were also out of carne asada. We only paid for our drinks and left separately. When I paid for my drink with a $20 bill for a $4.49 purchase, the waitress only gave me $15 back instead of the $15.09 change. When I asked for the rest of my change, she said they had no change available. This lack of menu items and proper change reflects poorly on the restaurant's management and customer service.

I really miss my favorite breakfast spot. It has a unique charm and the food is very good. Sometimes I prefer eating here over IHOP or Denny's. The only downside is the high prices, with some dishes like chilaquiles costing $25 to $30, which is more than $15 for a plate.

The meal was not terrible, but it lacked flavor. The price did not match the quality or quantity of the food. Everything was overpriced.

Eating was tasteless and expensive for the little burger they get with the small piece pommes that had no taste, they have strawberry limonade for quite a lot of 5 dollars and his in a really small Mason-Jar no refill what the hell and the portions I received it was not worth it

Great customer service...really tasty food I recommend the red an green wet burritos ..waitress are really sweet..
