Customer service is so beautiful that I needed pizza boxes for a project. I came here after LITTLE CEASERS rejected my request. After my arrival I told them my request and offered to pay for the price of pizza, but the worker offered them free. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about La Pizza Loca:
I ordered my pizza from Doordarshan and it has an option to pick it up. And I wanted to pick up my pizza and they wanted to give me my pizza, for which I already paid. They let me cancel my order and pay for me being so upset because I went far for it. View all feedback.
I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, but each slice only had one small piece of pepperoni and some cheese.
Cozy little spot, but there isn't much space for kids to wander off. Wheelchair accessibility is a bit limited, as the area is quite cramped for those in wheelchairs.
I waited at the register for 10 minutes, but no one came to assist me at 11:13 AM.
First of all they got my order wrong and then have the audacity to get mad at me for there mistake ? And now my new pizza taste like expired tomato sauce .? literally made me sick. Does she think she owns pizza loca to be messing up my order like that or what? Messed up.
My order was not up to standard and I called to get another order but was told to pick it up instead as I get there the manager calls me a liar and tried to not give me my order and said I needed to bring in the pizza from the night before. Mind you I wasn’t told this the night before. The manager has some serious anger issues.
