Best Manhattan in Santa Barbara! I had two! and made with real Luxardo Maraschino Cherries! The absolute top shelf Manhattan! We had a terrific Prime Rib, Filet Mignon, and Braised Short Ribs! Every bite was fantastic! All Cooked to perfection for three very different pallets. View all feedback.

Joes disappoint never, absolutely love denise. spencer is a great asset that always traces what the customer needs. cobb salat, snuggle and frits is the entire comfort menu.
Joe is a GREAT place at any time! we were on the road in the hotel santa barbara. we had restaurant choices, but we have eaten at joes often. it is comfortable, fun and classic!
Joe’s cafe is always reliable, good eating, attentive waiter and good value. the parts were normal, questionable to share.
Great place to please all age groups. unfortunately, the food and the service was only average.
