Gtfo It's Vegan - Santa Ana

They ordered them for the first time on Friday. I work nights in a sick house and plan when I get articles I order to be home and not to sleep. I didn't notice the articles were sent yesterday. I asked them today by e-mail if the articles are sent today. I have no help. their customer service is in nevada and they are in santa anna, California. after 3 emails I called but no callback or email. extremely poor customer service. I'm just trying to get my money back. update: they emails and said the order would be Thursday, what is today. no shipping information. I have emailed and said if it was not canceled by e-mail. I have an email before an hour in which they just sent it. they lied to me and said it was here on Thursday. when people lie to you, they think it's okay to do that. the reason for this is the direction of the own. so if you read this and still decide to order a lot of luck from them! updated by the previous review on 2021-05-28

I cannot believe that I am just now learning about this company! My wife and I have been Vegan for ten years and it's becoming so much easier to find good vegan selections. We have used this site a few times and we will definitely order again. My kids even like a lot of the food we order on there. This is the second review I am making about this company because I am just so thrilled that my father and I have found it. It makes our lives so much easier. My father is newly vegan and he was frustrated at first having to look through all the labels at the store. This is a one stop shop for us now to get all the vegan products we want without thinking twice and they have so many brands that we are discovering and loving. They even sell Siete, which is our personal favorite brand at the moment! The shipping is also pretty quick which is a major plus.

When I first visited their website, I realize that this was the place I was looking for, for so long. My grocery chains only have limited vegan options. It seems like GTFO has them all or is working on adding the products I’m looking for. I was so thrilled that they carried my favorite vegan sushi, amazing!

I am loving the variety of products they have on their website (specially the cheese section they have SO MUCH STUFF) I’m a new vegan so it’s been incredible to be able to find all the meat and dairy alternatives in on place, it has made my transition so much easier... and the bakery section makes me want to buy everything omg. My first order took a little bit longer to arrive than I expected but everything arrived just fine! Later I learned that it’s best to order early in the week because of their shipping dates and because how long it takes to process the order, so have that in mind if you’re ordering for the first time! Honestly I’m super happy with everything... I already have a few things I get regularly, but I always like to add something new to my cart to try it out! I hope this is helpful to new vegans!
