Excellent dinner, prices didn't go to high. Just a couple dollars more. Got mushroom enchilada and it was very good. My friend took a bite of it and will get it next time we go there. Went back and got a mushroom enchilada, friend got the same View all feedback.

The food was decent and the staff very attentive. unfortunately I got the same dish my friend she got medium rare so I I guess I didn't hear her because they gave me the same thing. Lol! All in all it was a good experience View all feedback.
I have been coming to this restaurant since I was a child. The food is so ingrained in me that it feels like it's part of my DNA. I highly recommend it to anyone I know in the area.
Back for the mushroom enchilada. I really like them. Son's girlfriend got it too. Got the mushroom enchilada again. I really like it. This time I got a chile relleno, real good.

This is the most important restaurant to my family and I. When we moved from Memphis, Tennessee to Santa Cruz in 2001-2002, this was the first restaurant we stopped at to eat. Therefore, we’ve been dining here for over 20 years. We still regularly dine here. We appreciate that the staff treats us like family and remembers us always since we were little kids. The most amazing thing is that after 20+ years, the food tastes exactly the same. El Chino is extremely consistent with how they prepare their food and likely where they source their food as well. We would truly be heartbroken if this business ever shut its doors.
