Crave Downtown Santa Ana

Whatever you order, make sure to include the super duper home made sour dough bread. Nothing else like it unless you go to a high end gourmet resto.

The food was excellent with large portion sizes. Just make sure to order carefully, as the French toast, avocado toast, and lox and bagel were all delicious options.

Crave is located in the heart of Santa Ana and offers a great dining experience. I particularly enjoy coming here for breakfast when I want to eat something healthy yet satisfying. My go-to dish is the omelette with a side of tasty potatoes and sourdough toast. I may even indulge in the haferfloses on the side. Trust me, this place is worth a try!

On a weekend morning, my boyfriend and I came here for brunch. He ordered the chicken melt with fresh fruit on the side, while I had a half sandwich and half soup (grilled beef tri-tip sandwich with rustic mushroom soup). Here's my take on the food: the sourdough bread was delicious. I wish I had asked if I could buy some to make sandwiches at home. The meat in both sandwiches was a bit dry and the tri-tip had an odd tangy taste similar to lamb. The waitress mentioned she had noticed the tangy flavor before. The cheese in the chicken melt was okay. The rustic mushroom soup, however, was fantastic. It had a strong mushroom flavor that mushroom lovers would enjoy. The service and ambiance were pleasant, with a friendly waitress and a nice atmosphere for brunch. Overall, I would like to come back and try their omelets next time. I hope they improve the meat dishes as it would greatly enhance the dining experience. The service was excellent.

Rude worker. had a phone order before the time so I don't have my 1/2 hour lunch and eat. they told me there was only 1 person working, and I would have to wait at the end of the line. I went out. my debit card was compromised here years ago and I left the slide and went back with cash. I found haare in my food two times ago and was forced and was not here for him in about a year. I'll never go back.
