Black Angus Steakhouse - Santa Ana

This was the first time at that location where my food was not to my expectation. Green beans looked as if they were at the bottom of a pan and hand a small portion served. My meat was WAY under cooked to my request and my friend's meat was WAY over cooked to her request order of our meat was definitely mixed up and very disappointing. Will have to find a new place for dinner with friends. Kind of sad about this as this is one of my favorites restaurant chains.

We had a party of 12 for our Father's Day family brunch. Liz was our server and she was amazing! She was welcoming, friendly and professional. She handled our party with care. Food was great! Will always come back for more. Thanks again for the great hospitality!

Our experience was wonderful. From the moment we walked into the restaurant we felt confident that we made a good dining choice. The service was excellent; the food delicious and as ordered. It was a great experience

The steak was so tender and juicy. The potatoes au gratin were spectacular. The service was a bit on the slower side, but the servers (Kristina) were friendly and very patient when the steak was preferred a particular way. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Overall, we had a great experience!

It's always a good experience at the Black Angus restaurant. Servers are personable and attentive, the food is well prepared, it's never pretentious, and the buy one get one specials are greatly appreciated! Thank you, Black Angus!
