BJ's Brewhouse Santa Rosa

Day made before the open table reservation when we came there, they did not make or have any reservations that I had to show them my confirmation email for them to believe that they had us a long time for a table waiting problem somewhere

Had proven a reservation for 3 people at 17.30 a.m. in a Fri. night to see many stands/tables empty, but still asked to wait 10-15 minutes before they sit. 3-4 other groups in front of us. they wait for a worker to confirm and offer menus. the food was in order, although the husband enjoyed the baked ziti very much. the place was filled during our meal.

I was in the past at bj’s, so I decided to take my neff here for birthday. let me first say that the waitress was very busy with the bad administration that leads this location. it started with ordering some drinks- I'm sorry were from this 2x, then on the elements on the menu, 3 x I had to order on the basis of manager that they upgrade the menu and the selection limited? I'm sorry we give them desserts on the house. then they bring an salate that had left out the main ingredient, but I was still calculated for the salate with the main ingredient. I'm sorry I was there too. service tipp: tell the waiting staff before the time they actually have, so they don't have to go back and forth into the kitchen, then they have to tell the customers. Sorry we haven't. 2.5 hours later we finally got out of the door. I will not visit this place again.

We love the food at BJ's and being able to watch our favorite teams is a huge plus! I would have given our recent experience a 4 or 5 star rating except for my husband's prime rib was tough. It normally is excellent and he will order again in hopes it will be better next time. My salmon was perfect!

Discovered while perusing the menu that BJ's offers some vegan options. With a vegan and a vegetarian in the family, this is great news. Food was yummy and everyone was happy!
