We have returned to Cal Xim, Sant Pau d'Ordal. Where we have always eaten a lot and very well. Menu of classics and more seasonal dishes. Quality product and perfectly cooked. For starters, home-marinated salmon salad, delicious and soft. For seconds, farmer's chicken with local peach , and beef pork with shallots and mushrooms. All super good. For dessert, peach taten and yogurt ice cream, and cheesecake with mango ice cream , both very good. We accompanied the whole meal with De Nit, a sparkling rosé from Raventós and Blanc. It is worth noting the super wine list they have, extensive, varied, easy to consult and quite well priced!! Peasant bread with local oil, irresistible. I recommend everything!! Comida exquisita, muy bien elaborada. Mediterránea, Un platito para probar el pan con aceite de arbequinas.. un lujazo Primeros platos de lujo. Destacar la ensalada de tomate... Los segundos, sus carnes a la brasa. No probamos el bacalao... Postres... Geniales Menú de 28€. Pero de gran calidad. Vale la pena. Servicio correcto. El dueño toma nota y da sugerencias.
