La Boyera - Sant Lluís

Poor very poor! Before we write this review, we would like to add that we have traveled extensively around Thailand for 26 occasions! Before we even ordered our meal we we’re absolutely bitten to death by mosquitoes, we mentioned this to the owner (whom was extremely rude and we were told it was because of the flowers! We ordered to drink a bottle of white wine it was warm and a small bottle of Singha (5€ which was nice and cold! We then ordered: Thai beef salad which was Ok! Prawn tempura which were gorgeous Pad grappow chicken which was not authentic, to much soy sauce, no spice no Thai basil at all which is the whole point of the dish Sriracha pork ribs these were literally bones with no spice. We asked for vegetable fried rice with no egg (because I am allergic and was told that this could not be done and was told to just have boiled rice! My husband was about to order something else off the menu and was cut short! From start to finish there was absolutely no focus on the customer experience, in fact we were made to feel very unthought of! This whole experience lasted just over 40 minutes make of that what you will. Personally this is my 5th trip to this beautiful island, my husbands parents have had a place in Binibeca for 44 years, it’s just a shame that in these times we have to endure really poor customer service when other get it so right!

Really good Thai restaurant, delicious food, really well presented at good value very baby friendly. Really glad we visited would definitely return!
