We were staying at the Protur Biomar decided to give the restaurant a try. The food was good I didn't mind the set courses with no choice format as I like the option to try things that I may not have chosen from a menu (though others in our party were not quite so suited with this or the level of raw fish content). The setting is nice in summer on a covered veranda. The only down side was the service. It was cold at best closer to surly in most cases (2 different waiters) which did detract from the enjoyment a little. This was a marked contrast to the staff in the main buffet restaurant who were much more pleasant.
What service and excellent food table decorated with rose petals, wife given fresh white rose, complimentary rose cava set menu to die for, all presented and served Michelin star standard! good to use chop sticks for a change staff very attentive without being overbearing a definite must if in Sa Coma if staying half board in Biomar you can book meal without any additional cost once during visit
Most enjoyable with food prepared by a top quality chef. Get used to those chop sticks though. An interesting liqueur to finish, Hierbas.Great stuff.
Loved this. It was a Set meal. Really tasty. Staff very friendly. Welcomed with a glass of bubbly. The duck was delicious.
