¿Tienes ganas de cenar japonés? Entonces anota este nombre: Minami. Minami es uno de los restaurantes temáticos del Hotel Ushuaia, además de ser uno de los más nuevos de la isla. Sus instalaciones de bambú y fuentes de agua son preciosas. No te pierdas las sillas con diseño 'anatómico' que seguro sacarán una sonrisa a más de uno. Y para cenar japonés, por supuesto. Verduras en tempura, makis de todo tipo y varias piezas de sushi siempre vienen acompañadas de sus respectivas salsas de soja, jengibre y wasabi para aquellos que se atrevan. ¡Me encantó el tartar que me sirvieron de entrante, estaba delicioso! Minami es un restaurante bueno y muy bonito, ideal tanto para una cena tranquila con amigos como en pareja. También está muy bien ubicado. Si buscas un plan de fiesta, justo detrás tienes la discoteca Ushuaia, una de las más de moda en Ibiza en estos momentos. Si prefieres un plan tranquilo y/o romántico, tienes la playa de Bossa justo al lado. Tú decides cómo y dónde pasar la sobremesa. ¡Buen provecho!

Ubicado junto a la parte trasera del escenario de Ushuaïa, este restaurante japonés tiene un ambiente muy cuidado con decoración de bambú, luz tenue y espejos de agua. No es un restaurante japonés tradicional, sino de fusión con toques de cocina mediterránea y española (algunas de sus recetas incluyen rabo de toro, por ejemplo), pero la comida es deliciosa. Probamos una variedad de makis, sushis y sashimis, acompañados de deliciosas giozas y un tepanyaki de atún antes de disfrutar de los postres. La cena duró alrededor de dos horas, tranquila y agradable. No sé cómo será cenar allí durante una fiesta en Ushuaïa (probablemente estarás cenando con música en vivo) pero yo disfruté mucho de la experiencia... Casi como volver a Tokio.
