For years we have eaten in this restaurant tasting its good food and a price of acceptable menu, until yesterday. The two-person menu was once made up of two dishes and desserts, tomato bread and garlic plus a bottle of wine or cava or beer with water on the side and coffee. Yesterday they gave us a glass of beer for one and another of cava for the other and nothing else. because it was worth the menu now they reduced drink and , they announced to us, that they would soon reduce the coffee, making the menu more expensive by having to pay more drink than before it was included. We were upset. lack of commercial vision because they have just lost some good clients who ate often in this restaurant and in their counterpart, the matilda. We have to be clear and honest with our clients. do not keep profits, based on reducing benefits.
