What User doesn't like about La Vieille Auberge:
Visited midweek on a hot July day. Not crowded at all but good covered terrace with quite a number of tables overlooking a launch area for the Marais.A number of fixed price menus but not a great deal of imagination or choice. We took the cheapest three course option at 15 euros: a simple terrine starter, then good-sized bavette (with good frites) and tarte to follow. Pichet of wine 7.50 euros.All perfectly fine, ser... We were looking for a Guinguette, away from overloaded commercial sites and the tourist factory, we fell under the charm... Small barracks on the site, Balloons with an authentic scrubber, a real, as we love them, not bank advertisements... an experience Puriste, passionate Bravo and thank you.... Sir, continue your passion. Everyone is really nice and helpful, well rest and hotel, a beautiful family history, We will return ... Don't miss this little corner of paradise. Jl. lecourt.
I will not advise this inn, even if the location is nice on the edge of the marsh, the hotel, dinner and breakfast are at least in relation to all the accommodations and restaurants that we have been able to roast during our biking trip in the two Sèvres, very beautiful department. Bad report quality price for this hostel.

Nice view of the marsh, and welcoming hosts lack to be dynamic. Home fries are frozen. No more food.
