in the beach baskets it is very cozy and windproof. the order of the lunch could go to the kitchen after initial language problems (not flat German, but Lebanese) and was served after appropriate waiting time. the fried green hot rings were delicious, the crumb soup and the matjes tasted very good. We were there for dinner. Nice place, good menu, delicious food. Staff was friendly and service thanked
On our day of arrival our tribe members had a closed society, at the recommended place in the village we were uncomlimated and we thought in empty belly as it could be filled. We tried our luck in several locals in the village with rain, but on a Saturday evening there is nothing without reservation, especially since it has become 7 p.m. At this time, dinner is almost over in St. Peter-Ording. On the way to the parking lot we then saw a billboard to the somewhat hidden place. It is located in the building complex where there is a bank and an Edeka market. A terrace with a awning was covered in front of the actual restaurant. Very practical because it is protected from sun and today from rain. There is no place in the local area, but the busy operation comforts in places that become free and offered us space under the awning. There were several frustrated couples. After about 15 minutes we were asked to go to the restaurant and assigned a small table. The tables are clean covered with damask, decoration a small pot of artificial flowers as well as obligatory pepper and salt shaker. The ambience of the restaurant was a unique trip to the late 70s and early 80s. All dark in Bronce, golden brown. A mirror wall falsified a larger space visually. The light dimmed and gloomy. We didn't feel comfortable. Somewhere I heard the place used to be a cafe, so the facility came to us. The service is obviously trying to satisfy the guests, but this was only possible to them with the narrowness of the tables and the urge, because it was the only service. Like they ordered the sailor. It consisted of brathering, plaice and sea salmon with roast potatoes and salad of 15 euros. Water as drinks. The small and greasy concussion, by no means crusty, but how warmed. Plaice a teenager and should be filed. But it was not and after that it was done, only a small fish remained. She drank fat. Seelachs looked like the TK breast and not like fresh goods. Some pieces burned, others not even. Taste and without salt. The salad consisted of tomato apples, coarse pieces of green salad, carrot shells and uncut cucumber pieces. It's a finished sauce. When I went to the toilet, I looked into the kitchen where these assumptions were confirmed. Faszit for us: Never again!
