Hinteregger's Ainkehr

Everything was delicious. The Crème brûlée was one of the best we ever had. We wanted to share, but we got everyone. We were disappointed when they told us they were no longer serving fondue. But the other courts were so good that we were really glad to have been forced to choose something else. We're coming back! Very recommended.

We went twice a week for dinner and once for lunch. Great place next to the ski slopes. Do not hesitate to take the steak: these are delicate and tasteful. Small remark: frits and sauce are extra. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. Especially when you compare this with the cheaper places in Katschberg. Friendly and hard working staff. We like to come back here when we go to Katschberg.

We went here for dinner a few times, especially because the food was terrible at the nearby Falkensteiner Hotel. This is a very nice restaurant and everything we had was great. It was a little more expensive, but worth the money. All we had was really delicious. The service was also super friendly. I wouldn't care to have a restaurant like this in my hometown.

Perfect place for meeting of about 15 people together, great steaks especially dry aged. Self made pesto as appetizer was top fun for all at the table.

Wir haben den Geburtstag unserer Tochter in Hintereggers Ainkehr gefeiert und hatten einen wunderbaren Abend. Als Gedeck gabs Pesto zum Selbermachen ( schöne Idee !).Auf Empfehlung des Chefs hatten wir gebackenen Bergkäse als Vorspeise. Sehr knusprige Panade und feinwürziger , cremiger Käse im inneren. Als Hauptspeise wählten wir verschiedene Fleischsorten ( z.Teil aus dem eigenen Reifeschrank)vom Grill ( Dry Aged Beef , Ribeye, Entrecôte ) . Alles auf den Punkt gebraten . Dazu verschiedene Beilagen . U.a. verschiedene Saucen zum selber " draufpinseln". Der Chef persönlich tranchierte das Fleisch am Tisch auf einem warmen Granitstein. Sehr professionell!Die Weinkarte könnte etwas mehr Auswahl haben ( besonders bei den Roten ).Alles in allem ein wunderbarer , gemütlicher Abend .Wir kommen wieder!
