The second-to-last time we ordered, it was a similar story. Ordering by phone requires patience and a lot of time. Yesterday, about eight months after our last attempt, we tried again, with the same result. The employee still couldn't get the phone number right, so we're definitely giving up on that for good.

Something must have changed, because it's nothing like the quality we used to have. • The fries were completely tasteless: pale, soggy, and obviously not cooked through properly. • The sauce was also disappointing: hardly any flavor, more watery than spicy. All in all, a really bad experience – a shame, but we won't be coming back.
