My sister and I went there to have dinner. I wanted to find a place with Austrian food. We ordered Rosam grilled plate and ravioli in pesto sauce.(27.6 Euros including drinks) Ravioli was fine. But grilled plate was great. I loved how the meat had cooked. Also, if you order main dish, they serve you salad plate too. Except my sister and I, most of people in the restaurant are Austrian. But they speak good English. View all feedback.

The homemade garlic ricotta tortelloni is better than anyone I tasted in italia. all dishes are unusually hot served and are very tasty and well presented. more extraordinary. not a big wine list, but the red wine I had was superior to many I tasted in Austria. the personal is very attentive and which is very pleasant to the top of the mountain.

Four of us stayed in St Gilgen for a week. We ate at Rosam three nights (just kept wanting to go back). The atmosphere, the friendly service (from Frau Rosam) and the excellent food (from Herr Rosam) are great. Not one bad dish out of...the dozen or so that we ordered. A word of warning. Be sure to be hungry if you order a main meal! Small dishes are excellent too (i particularly loved the pea soup with sausage). The desserts are great just try the palatchinken (pancakes) to finish (if you have room) Enjoy!
It's a nice place, a balcony room with a view to the lake. Breakfast in the restaurant at 2:00 a.m. was dinner here, and it's very nice to be served. It's delicious and it's a reasonable price.
