What User doesn't like about The Train:
Went there with group op 12. Service is very very cold with no appreciation of the client (type of place where it appears you are actually paying the bill is not even important to them). Portions of meat fondue are on the small side. Interior is ok View all feedback.
We went there specifically to eat fondue (we chose the Chinese fondue) and we were not disappointed. We recommend
What a wide selection of menu has been offered. Cheese fondue, raclette fondue, and Chinese beef fondue and beef Bourguignonne fondue. Really generous portions of food. The atmosphere is really warm and friendly. A huge car wheel delivered by French friends to our table. Also a massive... share of pimples. We had an amazing time and would definitely return.
The Train is a busy place with the waiter being fast and efficient. They have all the tables under control. We did not wait long for our order of Raclette and Fondue Chinoise. There was tonnes of food for the 4 of us, but with...washing it down with the house wine we managed and were happily satisfied! The waiter suggested a nice Schnaps which rounded up the evening just perfectly. Great value for money and awesome atmosphere. Thanks.
Fantastic Chinoise Fondue; will definitely return as many great meals on the menu including a massive dessert menu
