Went here to celebrate my birthday and was well pleased. menu 20 euros and really good value. Service was very friendly and its hard to fault them on anything. wanted to go again but they keep the same menu for a week I think. Had a goats cheese and courgette crumble to start followed by beef and olives. and the desserts. yummy :) View all feedback.

Nous passions tous les jours devant ce restaurant et avons décider de le tester un soir. Nous avons été tres déçus. Temps d'attente très long avant de venir prendre la commande ( nous avons dû appeler la serveuse après plus de 30min) alors qu'il n'y a quasiment personne. We accidently passed by La Boucharade and stopped for lunch. Although it was already 1.45PM we could still have lunch (which is not obvious in France). We had a limited choice, because of being so late, but our order came with a friendly smile. We had a fine tasting plate, a coffee and for two we payed less than 25 euro, A perfect quality/prize rate. This gem is in a perfect scenery I can recommend this “bistrot de pays” firmly
The hostesses refused to serve us and ignored us the whole time. Never experienced something like this. It was just rude
We came across this roadside restaurant last year and were blown away by the ambiance of the place, the stunning food and the welcoming service. We then promptly lost the restaurant and have spent the last few months trying to locate it again. We managed that today and it was truly worth it. We sat outside in the autumn sunshine and really enjoyed the menu du jour. The terrine of chicken livers was absolutely sublime, my fish was perfectly cooked with a pepper sauce which added to the flavour but did not overwhelm. My husband 's portion of jarret de veau smelt magnificent and he thoroughly enjoyed it. The plat came with a selection of beautifully prepared and flavoursome vegetables (all small portions but enough to whet the appetite). My dessert of gateau moulleux de chataigne was excellent, matched with a fine blackcurrant sorbet. A wonderful experience.
Trop bon , tres joli terrasse sous les vignes; personnel sympa;la bonne crique a deguster,sauces se du pays ; legumes frais ;...trop bon faire une halte le midi bien avant l arrivée des randonneurs, car après c est long ! Puis aller vous baigner a la riviere essayer de prendre deux jours au chalet du relai de brison en face de l autre cote de la riviere ;le soir faites le resto de l auberge trop bon !
Dans un lieu très sympathique où nous aimons revenir, nous avons déguster, en amoureux, un délicieux repas. Fondante, la truite confite et surprenant le gratin végétarien (délicieux mariage du chèvre et des poireaux) quand au dessert, nous vous laissons les découvrir par vous-même!
