Mount Kailash - Sangla

It's at a beautiful location, possibly the best in Sangla. There's the Kinnaur Kailash peak on the left side, as well as an apple orchard and a monestry. Right opposite is a snow peak, clearly visible from room. On the right side is another apple orchard, a stadium and the Baspa river. There are mountains at the back and view of the Kamru fort. The lawn is well decorated. Rooms are spacious. Toilet is quite large and clean. Staff is modest and helpful. Food is quite tasty. I recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Sangla. Nice place to spent a day. One shall wake up to the prayers and bells from near by monastery, views of the baspa river on one side and towering kinnaur ranges on another side is mesmerizing. Orchard view rooms were a delight! Even with three of us, there was ample space to move around freely and open our luggage without any comical collisions. It made our stay extra comfortable! Service: 5

I was happy that this hotel offers hot water showers even in March the 3 other hotels I visited, didn’t have running water). The bed linens were clean! The view from the balcony of kamru fort/village!! Also, the manager Viru Thakur was very helpful, polite and made sure that I had everything I needed!
