The service was friendly, although it seemed understaffed like many places these days. The only reason I didn't give the food a perfect rating was because the fries were limp, cold, and the seasonings didn't quite suit my taste.

The rush to get my order was ridiculous ?I got anxious just trying to order a few items.Not going back!I have one person who is alergic to pineapple and kindly requests my food to be on separate bags, and the cashier said, No, the food doesn 't mix anyways. I said Please But she still bags everything together.Thanks for the emphaty.

I ordered online and was told it would be 18-21 minutes. I arrived 40 minutes later and still not ready with no sign of being ready anytime soon. The person next to me has been waiting over one hour for their order! This is beyond ridiculous!
