We arrived early and experienced good service, but we were surprised to find that Sanger Sonic was closed on Tuesday at 9 p.m. Despite all the lights being on, we (along with two other cars in the drive-through) did not realize it was closed. We ended up going to another restaurant down the street, but Sonic was our initial preference. We were disappointed as we were coming from work late. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
This restaurant is dirty and lacks the quality that the Sonic brand is known for. I would definitely not recommend parking in stall 6, as the screen doesn't work. Stall 7 is even worse, as there is no screen at all. The restaurant seems to be understaffed, possibly due to the lack of lighting at night, making it seem closed to passersby. Waited for over several minutes they never served me or took my order. I missed out on my entire lunch waiting for them to take my order?....you'll should be fired or Trained at least
Tried ordering 3 times we pushed the button and each time it stopped flashing. Nobody wanted to take our order so we left.... No wonder there was only one car in the whole lot..... Do not eat here. Let these people go out of business so someone else can put something in
Large Half half tea all I wanted but apparently that was a complicated order. Sorry for the confusion. Next time I'll stick to the shakes and go to McDonald's or Wendy's where I know they do Half sweet tea and Half unsweetened tea. Fyi paid for the tea and they took to long to make a full sweet tea, that I left without a tea. ?
