It wasn't so tasty, but my order was placed by phone, I went to pick up and it was never prepared so that I had to wait, got a free drink and free garlic bread they apologised I saw them were busy. Thank you for taking the time off, personally tend to my order. A young girl did not take her name, but she was very polite and professional customer service skills. What User doesn't like about Me-n-ed's:
Me Ed used to be Me Eds... quality, good service, local. Everything's over now. Sloppy and fast with making your pizza, rude service, prices go up. It's obvious that it's all about the money now. Sad. It used to be a favorite of us. Bethel is a fraction of what he was. Order a pizza at 8:01 a.m. was told 30-45 minutes. 9:30 a.m. shouted several times... ring ring suspension. The cashier who took our order was the worst in customer service. Our food has been delayed and overall not good except a person. Jose Aceves. I came for the delay in food for excitement. Jose saw me coming and immediately asked for my reception. He collected my order and made sure everything was right. These are the types of employees who can save a restaurant and let people come back through great customer service. Thank you. Jose, because I was ready to go and get a refund, but you turned it all around my family.
Really solid, delicious chain pizza. What makes this place particularly great are the people who work there. I was in a hurry tonight. One of my pizzas on the way out, the manager at the service was an absolute customer service professional, helped me clean up. The staff made me another personal pan pizza for our little guy super fast (the one that pizza is I dropped). All those who worked there were hands and took their ass. Thank you very much.
Ladies who work there specifically those who cut the pizza and made the pizza are great!! Great service, even if it's so busy.
