Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Would rate worse if I could. I ordered a Larger cheese curd and a regular chocolate shake. Not only did they take 20 minutes but they had a bad attitude. They gave me a regular cheese curd and tried to argue it was a large. The worst part is it wasn't even filled all the way when I got it.They also gave a small chocolate custard, not even a shake and tried to tell me it was correct. Worst experience ever, definitely did not get what I paid for. Freddy's managers, please fix this.

Dominique was SO good to me and my 11 students celebrating our end of Spring Break trip on Wednesday 3/27. She took all of our orders for lunch and dessert and was incredibly patient. There was even an unfortunate situation where the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate, but aside from being quick to offer refunds to everyone who was not able to finish their food, I saw Dominique as the one going around and running damage control on all the patrons who had to exit while emergency personnel arrived and put out the fire. I took my students to this location last year because of how friendly staff was (and how good the food was), but I will definitely be taking my students again next year! My students understood that an emergency is what caused us to leave, but my staff and I know that the quality care service as well as the food is what's going to bring us back!

Loved the jalapeno burger. Employees were hard at work, and other than outside of bathroom door, place was very clean.

Burgers and fries are fantastic! Some employees are friendlier and more helpful than others. We like the decor although the restaurant has a tendency to be a bit loud, but we don’t go for service or atmosphere. We go for the burgers and fries!

Excellent food and service staff was very friendly and helpful.
