When th... read more This location hasn't had a complete flavor selection available online for two months now. How is it possible not to offer hot, mild, and medium options? When they did have Cajun, they were really stingy with the seasoning. On another occasion, I received only half of my order and had to drive back to the restaurant. I recommend sticking to the Semoran location; they consistently deliver good service.

Before placing the order, I called to confirm that fries were included, and they assured me that they were. However, when I returned to the office, there were no fries in the order! I called to inform them of the mistake, but they asked if I could come back. I explained that I only had an hour for lunch and that the order was for an office meeting. The staff member offered to compensate me with fries, but I had to come by within seven days. I was frustrated and told them no, as I had already paid for the fries, and felt that I should receive what I ordered.

Today, there was a mix-up with our order, but she sorted it out in just 15 minutes and had our replacement prepared by the time we got there. She had also helped us a few months back, and in both cases, our concerns were addressed promptly and made us feel appreciated as customers. Thank you once again, Markia!

Although the restaurant was empty, I understand they might have been busy with online orders, so I don't find that too concerning. However, the real issue was that the fries were undercooked, and the lemon pepper wings tasted just like regular wings without any seasoning. It seemed like the person who prepared my order didn’t put in much effort.

I order from here three... read more First, let me say that it takes a lot for me to give a five-star rating. My experience before meeting District Manager Liz was terrible. I order from here three or more times a month, but I kept receiving missing items and even one time got a completely different meal. I usually don’t like to complain, but I felt I had to this time, and I’m glad I did. That’s when I met Liz, who was friendly, apologetic, and made it her personal mission to ensure my order was corrected and that I received a proper refund for my previous order. I just received my latest order through DoorDash, and it was the best experience by far. You can tell that they have good management, and it shows. They are dedicated to improving and making things right. Thank you so much, Ms. Liz! Lunch was delicious!
