If was isolated issue I would have just not bothered but every time we go in one of the guys from the shop gets his order messed up. On plus side food was good

They’re quite efficient, and my food is consistently ready when I arrive. The staff is always friendly and extremely courteous. The place could use a bit of tidying up, but overall, I have absolutely no complaints—this is why I keep coming back! I also recommend ordering online, as it makes the process quicker. When they did have Cajun, they were really stingy with the seasoning. On another occasion, I received only half of my order and had to drive back to the restaurant. I recommend sticking to the Semoran location; they consistently deliver good service.

Before placing the order, I called to confirm that fries were included, and they assured me that they were. However, when I returned to the office, there were no fries in the order! I called to inform them of the mistake, but they asked if I could come back. I explained that I only had an hour for lunch and that the order was for an office meeting. The staff member offered to compensate me with fries, but I had to come by within seven days. I was frustrated and told them no, as I had already paid for the fries, and felt that I should receive what I ordered.
