Wendy's - Sanford

I ordered the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club Combo, and it was delicious! The bacon and chicken were perfectly crispy. The server was friendly and efficient, making the experience even better!

Our DoorDash driver had to wait in the drive-thru for 40 minutes to pick up our order. When we finally got our food, the fries were cold and hard. We also didn't receive our chicken sandwich and fries. Additionally, the frosting we expected to be chocolate turned out to be vanilla. We spent $65 on food, and half of it was terrible.

Beware of the bait and switch with the bacon chicken sandwich. It's advertised as a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese, priced at around $4.50. However, when you scroll down, you see an option to add cheese, which I thought would be for extra cheese since there’s an additional charge. Similarly, I assumed the bacon option was for extra bacon. This turns a $4.50 sandwich into a $9 sandwich for a tiny breakfast chicken sandwich. In reality, if you don’t select the cheese and bacon, you won’t receive them, even though the sandwich is described as including them. At least with the Baconator, you get what’s promised without extra charges for the listed ingredients.

I tried the Crispy Panko Fish Sandwich but I had to throw it in the trash. The sandwis was rock hard and completely inedible. I cant blame delivery because my order ws delivered within 5-7 minutes of being picked up. As for the Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe I ordered, it was cold. The only thing fresh were the 10 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets and they were actually good.

You never know how it is. Maybe you're going through the line, get a great meal and get on the way. or maybe they wait in the line for 45 minutes to finally arrive at the window where they see how 3 children scramble with no organization to throw something slightly similar their order into a pocket. have they placed an order in the app? Hopefully they are still open because if they do it against the end of the night, they might have gone home. these wendys obviously struggles hard with personal problems. it was not so pre-pandemic, but we have probably cut our visits last year due to the unreliable product, long waiting times and early closures.
