What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
the industry is only as strong as its weakest connection, and its “Manager Nate” is definitely nothing. they accept our order on the app, just to come there and say that they are closed, and have “Nate” refuse to give us our food or refund our money back. if they insist that they want their refund, he literally goes over the loudspeaker, screams incoherent and curses them. this branch needs either a new “manager” or... When we went around 9 pm, it was really busy. we had an order with 3 combos, it took forever for us to even get to the window to get our food, then once they took payment it was taking forever to get the food, so they had us pull up to the front door, the guy that came out said sorry about the wait there was an order screw up so we get home and our order was not only screwed up anyways, we were missing things and got things that we didnt order..but it wasn 't all that warm.
Ordered through Uber Eats.. it was disgusting. We found a long piece of seran wrap/plastic in the burrito. The meat was dry and ice cold. They forgot all the sauces. My husband was sick the whole next day. The worst Taco Bell ever.
Every single order I've had made since moving around this location has been made absolutely wrong. My wife can't have anything spicy because it makes her nauseous so we request no chipotle sauce in her chalupa's, every single time there's chipotle sauce in them. I order my crunchwraps with no tomato, and chicken instead of seasoned beef. I've given up on them trying to switch out the beef for the chicken because no matter how much i'm paying they still don't make it correctly. I HATE TOMATOES. stop leaving the tomatoes in my food. I've worked in the food industry for so long but never have I seen such careless packaging and not caring how to properly prepare food because what if I was allergic to tomatoes? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

Very disappointed. I went in after the order because the manager asked me, I just wanted a steak burrito? with light sour cream, would they think that the first thing she would put in her would be steak right? I have a burrito with hamburger meat in it? Why always I, because I didn't check twice as much as I should have done, even though I went in. the manager was nice to say, but what good did I do? I could not return to get the right one because I came by and stopped at this place.
