What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Unfortunately, I won't be returning. The lines are always long, and the service is slow and inconsistent. Today, we waited in line only to find out that they don't serve lattes. Why was there still a sign advertising lattes? Where were the announcements indicating that lattes weren't available at this time? View all feedback.
The customer service is terrible. I asked for my cream to be warmed because they put so much it makes your hot coffee cold. She told me it would be a upcharge. Only at this location.
I live a mile away from this SR46 Starbucks. Lately I have been driving to Lake Mary or Longwood locations to get a decent coffee or drinks. Management need to be replaced.

I had order two coffee and was waiting for 10 min and they just kept it on side and did not even enough us , the lake Mary staff is friendly as compared to this location....
The line was long but moved very quickly. Jayden was super nice provided excellent customer service, his good mood smile made my day! My latte was excellent too!
