I do want to point out, the front desk lady who helped me was fantastic, she was super friendly and even offered to help me with anything else I needed. I believe her name was Sherlie. Well I'm surely glad she helped me, what a nice person. The food was quick and my custom order was correct. Left nothing to be desired. The decor in this restaurant is a bit boggy or weird for my taste (as pictured) but I didn't mind.... View all feedback.
What Monte Engler doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I’ve never had a bad experience here before but I waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes waiting for my bagel and when I got it, it was cold. The line behind me was short and it wasn’t busy and the workers didn’t seem to know what they were doing. View all feedback.
It was lunchtime and busy. Food was good. The new layout is kinda sad depressing. At least the freezes were good.
I live within 5 miles of this location. Six trips over a period of 3 months and not one single order has been filled completely correctly. Ordered a burger and received something unlike anything ever experienced, unknown sauce, folded over upon itself, partially unwrapped in the bag. Ordered breakfast fajita, received McMuffin. Ordered honey mustard, received honey, etc., etc. Is it a game played by staff to see if they can make every order incorrectly? Must someone sit directly at the window and go through item by item to see if it's correct? I am not rude. I say please and thank you. I'm a very clear and educated speaker of the English language. This McDonald's is a literal joke and a complete waste of time unless you're in the market for something new and unusual that you didn't order. Maybe this really a scratch kitchen in disguise? Hardly. I am amazed at the ineptitude of the staff who surely must be overseen by a manager of some sort, also equally inept apparently of ensuring the filling of simple, basic orders with a limited number of items on the menu since the COVID days. Do yourself a favor and drive by this franchise. Travel the extra 10 miles to a different location or go across the road or down the road to another restaurant. I promise it will be the best decision you make all day unless you like surprises and negligence.
I have to say that I am very disappointed in the McDonald's. In Sanford, there was people ahead of us that never got their food. There was a lady ahead of us. That was an hour waiting for her food. Then there was a guy that had his food made came out cold. They had to make a new one. Then we had an order and it took about 20 minutes to a 1/2 hour. So I'm thinking you gotta do better. This answered because I have to put a one star. Because you guys are not doing so well. And and find people that are actually willing to work and do a better job. I was hearing the chef's back there. The cooks back there making it into a competician.
Speedy service and very excellent staff there. That followed a request after my order was put in and I appreciate it
Told us to park and forgot us. Ticket times mean nothing to this crew
