Kfc - Sanford

My boyfriend I went inside for lunch. The place was clean, The staff was friendly, It wasn't crowded at all. They're is a soda machine on the counter so you can fill your cup up but it was down so I had to go up ask for a refill

That was dry. the skin was not as good as it was before. very disappointed. it's been since last time. we used to like? it's a lot. I don't know if I'm coming back. they should have chicken pot? pie on the menu. that were good, but they are only available at certain times.

Dining here consistently meets my expectations. Occasionally, there are only a couple of staff members on duty, but they manage to handle everything well. I hope this review encourages the manager to provide some additional support for the employees!

I got the 3 large sides and 20 pc chicken tender meal. At 8pm how does it take almost an hour to get your food. When it dinner rush time. Where yall killing and defeathering the chicken. I seen over 5 people come after me and get there food before me. The woman behind me had to wait to and still got her food before me. Not only did I wait almost an hour. It was cold. they didn't give me my gravy for the mashed potatoes. Had to go inside and get it. Then they give you an individual serving bowl for the LG mashed potatoes.

Westvan stellar experience at this location. Is staff member sounded annoyed when having to respond to me at the drive-tru squawk Box, Then proceeded to tell me all they had was was drumsticks and size when I've tried to place my order. When I got to the drive-through window, my large ice water was a medium, Not the large I had ordered. To add further insult to injury, Minutes later when I had an opportunity to eat my meal, The chicken was dry and barely warm. Not to mention, instead of fries I got mashed potatoes and gravy which I did not order.
