Ihop - Sanford

I have worked in restaurant management and I can tell them that this is not the way it's done! the girl that was cooked on Sunday should not be used as a cook anywher! the food was not terrible, but almost! it was not in the position to prepare the food as I ordered it and then t was just speck and eier for god 's sake! hopefully the day-old cooks are more competent! but unless, in any case, they are clear of this location. The female server was obviously only the job as fast as possible and they had only 4 or 5 tabs! server must slow down and check back to see if the food was prepared as ordered!

Great location, staff has great attitude and super nice. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you for great clean food and service.

Came in with 10 people last Saturday. Took over 40 mins for a table (which we were ok with). They seated us in the back room and then no one ever came to get our order. We sat there 30 mins and at this point the restaurant was basically empty. 5 workers just standing there hanging out at the front entrance and maybe 3 or 4 other filled tables and that was it. Multiple waiters and waitresses walked by and never helped us. They never even took our drink orders so we had to leave after sinking an hour and a half into this place.

Worse service I 've EVER had. My family and I walk in and there are 2 other families in the whole place. The host looks up and tells us very rudly to hold on. Then tells the waitress that we will be sitted in her area. She says oh yay like it 's such a trouble to do her job. Then she 's says she 'll seat us in a second but proceeds to walk past us 4 times without even looking at us until we finally just left. This kinda treatment is the reason people don 't want to go out anymore.

We just sat down because nobody came to seat us. While we sat in a booth and was ignored, the girl was FaceTime her friend walking around in the restaurant. Last time I was here the service was bad and for god sake have someone clean the glass on the front doors. The glass above the booths haven't been cleaned either since the last time I was here. The place is dirty inside and out so that tells me the kitchen isn't clean. I'll never come back here again. I wish I took a pic of the nasty front doors. I'd give you zero stars if we could because this is a total fail for a franchise.
