I've been getting my coffee at Dunkin' since 1987 (black with a flavored swirl of some sort since 1993) and today I got a first; an extra$.30 charge for adding a flavor swirl to my black coffee. Da fuq? Maybe great coffee, but it's not worth $3.19 a cup.

Over the past week, every time I've gone in, my coffee order has been completely wrong. It's really frustrating!
