Angel's Soul Food Bbq - Sanford

The food was fantastic! I had the fried catfish, which was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The smothered pork chop was just average. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place!

We have traveled from indiana. the best seafood I ever had. I tried to get her baked bean recipe from the cook! the beans were amazing, the maisbrot was fresh and fluffy, like cake, the huh was juicy. it was incredible. definitiw will be back when we come back to florida.

The food was so good! I had broken pork, mac n cheese and yams. the yams were a bit too sweet for my taste, but also it is nice to find a good soul food spot in Central Florida. bonus: I have a nut allergy so I am happy that they do not use peanut oil.

So glad to have finally tried this place. This Soul food really took me back to my childhood. Mac and cheese was unbelievable, black eyed peas, the corn muffin, the sweet ribs! Even the corn was awesome! I'm so full right now, but I can't wait to go again.

It was decent, but not outstanding. I found the prices a bit steep for the portion sizes. I'd consider eating there again, but it wouldn't be my top choice.
