I was served a small, dry half-meter baguette with no offer of butter. It seemed like they mixed up my order with something completely different.

They were not mindful of social distancing, so I had to ask them to keep their distance due to COVID. Despite my requests, they continued to ignore me until another customer intervened. This happened twice, and I found it unprofessional that they were not taking customer safety seriously.
