For the main course, I enjoyed a delicious seafood stir-fry and crispy lamb, which I filled into lettuce leaves with hoisin sauce—my favorite, though not commonly found on menus. The restaurant features an open kitchen, allowing diners to watch the chefs at work, and the space itself is clean and tidy. They serve large glasses of wine for £9, which is a bit indulgent. Parking nearby is convenient, and they also offer takeout from a separate entrance. Overall, I dined in for dinner, and the meal was priced between £30 and £40 per person. After a disagreement about an item missing from our order, I didn't even bother tasting the food. They read back my entire order (six items) and then accused me of not ordering one of them, insisting we hadn’t been charged for it anyway. That wasn’t the issue at all! We requested the missing item and agreed to pay for it, but they said it would take 45-60 minutes to deliver – even though we live just a three-minute drive away. This was such a terrible first impression, and I will definitely be advising others to steer clear of this place! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20

Not ordered in a long time as terrible the last few times, thought we’d give it a go tonight. Big mistake! Raw chicken satay! Phoned up to complain..was told I’d have to drive to Sandy to pick up the £7 I said I don’t think so! Eventually spoke to who I assume was the owner..very rude practically said I was lying. Eventually a driver came back and collected the raw chicken. I called up again about an hour later to see if it had been delivered back and inspected. The lady/owner refused to come to the phone and passed a message back saying the chicken was fine. Completely ruined our evening as none of us wanted to eat the rest of the food..£50 down the drain and possible food poisoning! Lots of pictures taken and I’ve now reported to the food standard agency. I will take it further purely because of the lack of care and rudeness of the boss lady!!
