Overall, it was overpriced for something you could have got good at Publix. I had the Diablo Italian. Meat, cheese and bread was primo. It wasn't sharp. I don't like them calling paprika hot paprika. Someone else had the Diablo tuna and said it was great, but not sharp. Another person ordered the steak and cheese said the meat was dry and salty. View all feedback.
Visited Primo in Sandy Springs for first time. The selection of sandwiches is enormous, so asked the service provider to make recommendations for a first timer. He was thorough and patient. Cheese Steak was excellent, but the star of the show at this place is the bread; warm, soft, chewy and full of flavor all by itself. Store owner walked around connecting with patrons asking if they were happy. Always a good sign in my book and so rarely done. Another little thing that I couldn't help notice is the contents of the single serving bag of chips. Typical sandwich shop bags are filled with air and a scattering of chips. These bags were filled to capacity. The store itself was clean, crisp and uncomplicated. Great first experience.
Best Hoagie I've had since the move to Atlanta. The sandwich had a very authentic taste and I enjoyed every bite. I'll be back soon.
Fantastic Subs! Amazing bread and a wide selection of choices. Best fast bite in Sandy Springs.
Overall, I found it to be overpriced for what you could easily get at Publix. I tried the Diablo Italian sandwich, which had excellent meat, cheese, and bread, but it wasn't spicy enough for my taste. I also take issue with them labeling paprika as hot paprika. Another diner ordered the Diablo tuna and mentioned it was great, but also not spicy. One more person had the steak and cheese and complained that the meat was dry and overly salty.
I ordered the top-notch Philly cheesesteak, and it was fantastic! The meat and bread were of great quality, and it wasn't greasy at all. It's a bit on the expensive side, but definitely worth it!
