Pizza Hut Express - Sandy Springs

When I arrived at the location, I discovered that my order ended up being delivered anyway, so I had to wait for it to come back to the store. The general manager (a Black man wearing glasses) spoke to a training manager in a very disrespectful manner, belittling her by saying she was just a trainee and implied she was insignificant. That person on the phone was the general manager. Finally, 15 minutes later, my order arrived back with the correct items, even after they had just informed me that they were no longer making delivery orders right before I left. I called back to try and get the name of the franchise owner, and the person I spoke to, who claimed to be the general manager, said they didn’t know who the franchise owner was. If they are indeed the general manager, they must have been hired by the franchise owner. It's clear that they were the same individual I spoke with earlier. Someone really needs to fire this incompetent manager. I just want this establishment to take responsibility for their poor service and lack of accountability.

The supplier was disrespectful, and since we ran out of money to give a tip, we could only offer him one dollar. He responded by saying, "That's it? Okay, wow."

Pizza Hut Express is fantastic! I absolutely adore their pizza. The crust is incredibly buttery, and it's simply delightful. Pair it with a little star and a bottle of champagne, and it’s perfection!

I ordered from this location with Uber Eats. They got my pizza wrong. Which to me is the most important part when you're ordering food delivery, because we're paying a premium, and you can't really change it at that point. I ordered pepperoni lovers with mushrooms added and the hut favorite crust flavoring. It definitely didn't have any more pepperoni than normal (and normal is pretty skimpy . No mushrooms. No hut favorite flavoring (which I was looking forward to! I understand my delivery driver probably can't check my box due to Covid concerns, so I feel like unfortunately the blame lies on Pizza Hut. They should have double and triple checked.

I ordered P 'zone and it was and AIR POCKET!! The lady working had the nerve to tell me that 's typical ingredients!! Really Miss Ma 'am!! As we showed her the pictures she had the NERVE to say, well that 's advertisement, it NEVER comes out looking like the pictures Well excuse me!! But this has me OUTRAGED!! 0/10 for me!!
