6:30 PM Saturday night. Out of wings, understandable. Brisket tasted more like roast beef. No seasoning, bark or smoke ring. Tasted more like oven baked than smoke. Nachos were generous in portion however were a bit to salty for our taste.Food is self service at the window to order and then find your own spot to sit. Best barbecue in upstate New York. The pork belly mac and cheese is delicious.
Worth the drive. Loved the food and staff is friendly. Priced very affordable. Especially with their huge portion

May have to stop by for lunch during the summer months to hopefully find out what the people have been raving about. For now I will be back to ASH.
I came in for a casual dinner and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was. I can't wait to go back!
This venue is a fantastic little BBQ spot located in a remote area! The interior is lovely, and the staff is incredibly friendly!
