The service at this restaurant is lacking, as they often forget to provide sauce when requested. It feels like they care about their job only 30% of the time, resembling the poor service at McDonald's. The owners of this location and another one on 700 East seem to have a similar approach to customer service, with the latter frequently forgetting orders without any concern. View all feedback.
The interior of this restaurant is disappointing. The tables were dirty, and the bathrooms and hand sanitizer were empty. It is unacceptable to not have soap for employees to clean their hands. I will not be dining at this location until they improve their hygiene standards, which I doubt will happen.
No one at the register, no one to help, everyone's on their phones in the back. At least try to help every now and then.
The customer service was fantastic, with friendly and jovial staff creating a great atmosphere. The food was delicious and the overall experience was wonderful.
My order is always incorrect. I have trouble understanding the staff taking orders.
Had asked for two glasses of water and never received them we were pulled forward and told it would be just a few minutes. Ten minutes later we finally got the two Hot Spicy and two Double Cheese and two small fries. The fries were so salty that I couldn't eat them. The burgers were old so the cheese hadn't melted the Hot spices had a very small amount of mayonnaise but alot of lettuce. I will not be going back to this location anytime soon.
