This is the second time we had an issue with our order here but this time I spoke with the shift lead Kim. Kim was very professional, polite and actually took the time to not only listen to me but train the newer employee that made the mistake on our order. What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
Alex H the cashier was very ingenious, he rocked the ship a knocked it out of his chef in the back in blue shirt, but was very respectful to the employees a bang of the customer should not be tolerated at a workplace or give customers dirty look at speaking. Not great, but out there is worse. I need to go home to remember why I don't go more often. Employees never seem to be happy (unimportant, what situation, and honestly, you cannot accuse them), vouchers and offers usually have to be ordered online. I forgot this part and had to order with my phone when the employee was in front of me and couldn't help. Somehow I chose a location other than the one I was, so only 7 minutes went to the other place.
I would have given 5 stars but on this particular trip I went in to pick up my order after receiving an email telling me it was ready and the portal number. When I arrived 10 minutes later it was not ready. When I had asked how long for my order they told me another 20 minutes. They said that they got a large order after mine that they were trying to fulfill. I just wish that they won't send the email to tell you to come get your food before your food is ready. In a couple of the employees working felt put out when I asked like I should just deal with it and not ask questions and just take it when it comes. It will definitely be a while before I go back if I ever go back.
I placed an order for pickup, and even got there early. The food was hot and ready, sure. But the seasoned beef was quite dry and old. The stuffed crust tasted anything but fresh. Overall, not a satisfying experience after a long rough day.

Waited for 40 minutes for a regular pep and dome crazy bread. The gentleman told me to wait on the side however I noticed that they were not communicating and all the staff were giving those in front of me free pep pizzas for waiting as long as I was. When I finally got my order they walked away and I asked them for a free pep since I waited as long as the others did. They were pretty upset. Sorry guys.. maybe just a bad day.
