The food was stale and unappetizing. They forgot our fries and when we tried to call, no one answered. The service was incredibly rude, and overall, it wasn’t worth the money. My husband's sandwich had old, dry chicken that he couldn’t eat. We won’t be dining there again.

I had the worst dining experience I've ever had at this restaurant! I spent $80 ordering in advance, and they got every meal wrong. The chicken was dry and tasted like it had been reheated from a previous day. When I tried to resolve the issue by calling, I waited for over 30 minutes without getting through. Eventually, they did pick up the phone, but they just hung up on me!

It's KFC so the chicken tastes like KFC, my complaint is with the accuracy of the orders, I've been here a total of 4 times and 2 out of those 4 times the orders were wrong. I know math is hard for some people but this is 1st grade math. A 5 piece should contain 5 pieces not 4. If I order two combos it should come with 2 sets of fries, not 1. I would advise anyone who visits here to check your order before you leave!

Second time in the last few days I?ve come here and tried to enter the lobby between 5-7pm to pick up a mobile order and it?s been locked with NO SIGN at the door stating the lobby is closed. I?m a delivery driver and if I could see a sign from my car Icould immediately proceed to the drive-through. It?s irritating to get out and lock my car only to find a locked lobby and haveto go back to my car. Every minute counts for me. If your lobby is closed during times it?s normally open, PLEASE have theconsideration for patrons to at least post a sign on the door!

Ordered a 3 piece meal for my daughter and I online and paid online then went to pick it up and saw we were shorted a thigh in each of our box.
