This place is a joke. Mobile order, my order is ready at 12 I?ve been calling for the last 15 minutes with no response. I now have to sit in the drive through, in a very long line during my lunch break. I call and call again, I finally get an answer fromCristina who says she can?t open the lobby because there is maintenance. That would?ve been GREAT to know when I placed mymobile order.

DONT GO HERE. I ordered 2 Mac and cheese bowls, 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 drinks. Order confirmed, girlfriend drove down to get it. She was told they sold their entire stock of Mac and cheese to the guy in front of her. Our order should have been ready bythat point before he got it all. She wasn't offered a discount or even an apology, they gave us normal famous bowls instead butmy girl doesn't like Mashed potatoes. After she gets the food she realizes they forgot the 2 sandwiches. Because inside isclosed she had to wait in the drive through again, still no offer for a discount or refund. On her way back she discovers ourdrinks are hot and have no ice in them. I am so done with this place. Now they won't answer the phone or anything. I want a FULLrefund and I'm never coming back.

You're Kentucky Fried CHICKEN. How are you not capable of keeping fried chicken ready?! Then there is the hypocrisy of allowing mobile orders inside but everyone else has to use drive thru. It doesn't take a psychic or clairvoyant person to see that youwill soon be closing your doors permanently. After reading the other reviews, I'm surprised you're not already permanentlyclosed.

I have never experienced worse service at a drive-thru than I did at KFC. The employee taking orders took an astonishing 10 minutes for the car in front of us. When it was finally our turn, he approached the speaker and seemed unsure. We ordered a 16-piece bucket meal, but he didn’t respond right away. After asking what more information he needed several times, he finally asked if we wanted the meal or just the chicken. We confirmed we wanted the meal, but then waited another two minutes for a response. He then mentioned they were out of mac and cheese and biscuits, offering coleslaw and cookies instead, which was disappointing since we had already ordered coleslaw. At the window, he told us our meal came with a half-gallon beverage, but the only options were water or fruit punch. When we checked our order before leaving, we found he had given us two large mac and cheeses instead of the coleslaw we ordered. We went back to inquire about the coleslaw and questioned why he claimed they didn’t have mac and cheese when they obviously did. Throughout the process, he seemed more focused on talking to someone in the kitchen through his headset than assisting customers promptly. I don’t think I’ll be returning to KFC again. While I understand supply chain issues and staffing shortages, rudeness and dishonesty are not acceptable.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience was exceptionally frustrating. I ordered a 12-piece family meal with two sides of macaroni and one mashed potato, along with a small fry. When I got home, I found that I received two sides of coleslaw and two sides of mashed potatoes instead, with no fries at all. This has happened a few times at this location, and it’s getting really annoying. To make matters worse, the chicken was awful—dried out and small pieces that seemed like they had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. I believe this place could really benefit from new management. I definitely won’t be returning to this location.
