Joy Teriyaki - Sandy

Cranky old lady that runs this place must really hate her job. Super rude, small portions and you are lucky if she gets the order correct. Don’t even think about asking for any extra sauce, she’ll come unglued!

Extremely rude staff. I asked for an extra teriyaki sauce and she said it was in the bag. I said may I please have an extra one. She was saying something about me that I did not understand but I know it wasn't kind. I now drive an extra 20 minutes to Gresham to get Bon teriyaki where the food, staff and service are superb. Nothing joyful at this Joy teriyaki. Do not recommend.

Food was fresh. Ordered the teriyaki plate and the spicy chicken yakisoba. The teriyaki plate was well worth the value of the amount of food you got. Also ordered pot stickers and fried shrimp... my issue is more with the cost of the spicy chicken yakisoba meal. One you get very little chicken, the majority of what you get it cabbage and very little noodles! and for 13 bucks it is a rip off, basically paying for over priced veggies... not only that they upcharge you formaking the chicken spicy ! That is a little over kill! in my opinion stick to the chicken and rice..m way more xhick2n and way more rice!! That's where the value is!! If you are going to get a sie of anything you get 7 pot stickers for 4.99 instead of 4 fried shrimp for the same price!!

Rude. This lady needs a class in customer service. More than once she's dismissive at best. We won't be back. Food isn't good enough to qualify this level of rude.
