Not intended to be fine dining , but they seem to do a reasonable job of making a quick cheese-steak sandwich.I 've been back a couple times and would go more often but it 's not terribly convenient to march through the mall just to get a sandwich.For those who think the service was poor, I suppose you haven 't been to Philadelphia for a cheese-steak, now THAT 'S some rude service. This place was alright. Not what I expected for a Philly cheesesteak, very little meat, mostly lettuce and tomatoes, taste was ok , bread was a little soggy. No receipt, so for $20 bucks I would probably go somewhere else View all feedback.

I don't know the name of who made my fries but she had long dark hair maybe in a ponytail on 4/2/2023 around 4:30 pm. I had family come over from California and has never ate somewhere like this since they are from a small town. But they had ordered 2 large sandwiches and 2 small fries a 1 bacon cheese fries. 1 the bacon cheese fries looked very small but okay that is marketing for you. But they were given 1 fry instead of 2 and they were told that it was 1 large instead of 2 small but in a very rude way as if they should've known like stop just stop it what kind of customer service is that. Never going to this one again after my family got treated that way
Used to love this place. I won’t be coming here anymore, a $15 steak sandwich and they all have the audacity to charge for the ranch too, worst quality ever.
This place has THE worst service out of any Charleys I have been to! They dont even know how their own rewards program works, nor do they have a QR code scanner for their mobile app!How do you hire employees who dont even know how to use your company's app?They always ask for an order number on mobile and apparwnrly dont even realize that it is at least 20 digits in length.Ans when I tried to redeem by birthday coupon they did nothing to even try to get it to work
I eat hear all the time I usually vouch for this place ima be speaking with the manager the sandwich was black burnt always used to be fresh and idk what happend
