Our order was correct this time. the order was ready when I arrived. I am giving 4 stars on everything as it has not been consecutively a good experience. It is hit and miss on if your to go order is correct, if you get attitude from an employee when p8cking up. I luckily have not run into that employee the last couple of times. We order at least once a week, if not more. View all feedback.

Worst Cafe Rio experience ever. The guy working the line couldn’t have cared less. He put cheese on my tostada when I said no and did not offer to make another when I tried to stop him. Every table was filthy and the barbacoa pork had zero flavor! The new menu has derailed the fast service! Terrible! View all feedback.
I was lining up to buy, I was distracted on the phone and an employee named Carmelo threw me a piece of chicken from the inside and told me that he was going to order, I thought it was disrespectful on the part of the staff to their customers

The lady that starts the order's had very long fingernails, causing her nails to poke through the gloves, exposing her nails and fingertips. After we placed our order, the couple behind us asked the lady if she could take off some cheese on the kids' quesedilla, so she put the partially melted cheese back in the cheese container. That cheese should've been thrown away. We will never eat at that location again.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great experience m! Parking: Plenty of parking
