This place is a hidden gem. I ABSOLUTELY love it! I live in south Jordan and I make my husband go all the way to Sandy to get it for me all the time (I’m currently pregnant and crave boba). The best is the taCo boba with the coconut jellies. Honestly hands down the best freaking boba ever. I have been to so many other places but NO WHERE does it like this place. they need to fix their hours, I show up at 7 and they closed, like completely closed. i come here often and the boba is okay. the short brunette is such a joy though and she always has a positive altitude. and some people said the drive thru is hard to find, it’s not, just look for it. please open your eyes. im going to miss coming here on the late nights because the hours need to get fixed quick. that’s all, good lu... Honestly, this is the worst black milk tea I've ever had! I can't believe I paid $10 for something that tasted like just milk, sugar, and black tea but had a weird peach flavor instead. The taste was absolutely terrible. I would recommend that this place consider shutting down.
As for vegetarian options, it claims to have vegetables, but there aren’t any. Please pay attention to that too!
Just a heads up: the drive-thru isn't the easiest to find. When we finally received our drinks, they were terrible. We both ordered smoothies, but they were thin, runny, and tasted severely watered down. Upon closer inspection, it seemed like they had added milk to the smoothies, which completely ruined them. But the worst part was the boba pearls (tapioca). They were simply awful! It was like chewing on stale gum that has lost all its flavor and texture—you're stuck with it because there's no place to dispose of it, and you can't help but wish it were gone. That's exactly what the boba was like! We seriously considered just spitting them out. We paid $10 for two small drinks and didn’t want to waste our money, but in the end, that’s exactly what we did. We ended up throwing the drinks away when we got home. Honestly, this place is a waste of money! There are so many better options out there for boba or any drink. Do yourself a favor and choose one of those instead!
Everyone can understand being understaffed right now but I just had the worst customer service experience. The man helping us was the only worker in the store and he let us know that right when we came in. He then proceeded to be frustrated as we asked simple questions about the menu and was very rude to us and a delivery driver that was just trying to pick up an order from him. Being frustrated about being understaffed is understandable but taking it out on your customers isn't very acceptable. I would recommend going to Presotea just down the street.
Oh wow I've had this place before I don't remember it being this bad. $10 and change for a medium drink that tasted awful. No taste at all, tasted like ice water. Won't be back at this place.
